We are pleased to present our Final Year Project titled "Intelligent Chatbot System Advising Students (CuiMate)", developed by Shah Zaib and Shazad Akbar, under the supervision of Dr. Waqas Jadoon.

This cross-platform mobile application is designed for Computer Science and Software Engineering students to provide academic support through an intelligent, interactive chatbot. Acting as a virtual DOO, it answers academic queries according to HEC and university guidelines, helping students plan their studies and stay on track to complete their degree in the standard four years.

The system was built using Flutter for frontend, PHP & MySQL for backend, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for intelligent chatbot-driven responses.

This solution reduces the workload on academic advisors, improves planning for students, and ensures reliable academic information is always accessible.
